This book contains the California statutes that comprise the Drug store Act of the Business and Professions Code, chosen sections of the Uniform Illegal Drug Act of the Health & Safety Code, sections handling client personal privacy in the Civil Code, and drug store guidelines adopted by the board consisted of in Title 17, Chapter 16 of the California Code of Regulations. It includes enactments through completion of the 2014 Routine Legislative Session.
