CSIR’S JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOWSHIP (JRF) – GATE
BE/B. Tech degree holders in engineering discipline with legitimate GATE rating
Or Candidates with B.Pharm degree and having actually certified GPAT
Or Candidates with B.Tech in Biotechnology with legitimate GATE rating and topic to protecting a minimum 85.00 percentile in GATE.
Candidates chosen for the award of JRF-GATE will be qualified for fellowship topic to getting registered/enrolled for PhD/Integrated PhD program( PhD proforma)
Selection of JRF-GATE will be done by CSIR labs by following choice treatment standards of marketing and interview by Committee properly made up by the Director. The suggestions appropriately authorized by Director are to be forwarded to Head, HRDG, together with all required supporting files (viz. copy of the notice, GATE/GPAT scorecard, choice procedures, biodata of the chosen prospect( s), mark sheets, DoB certificate, Caste certificate, and so on). An official award letter will be released by CSIR-HRDG after inspecting and confirming the appropriate files.
JRF-GATE fellowship plan is tenable just in CSIR labs. Trainees granted JRF-GATE fellowship can get sign up for PhD in any organization consisting of AcSIR. GATE certified engineering graduates who wishes to pursue Integrated MTech-PhD program will be signed up in AcSIR just. As the JRF-GATE fellowship is granted for pursuing PhD and for that reason there will be no automated exit after M.Tech.
The stipend of a JRF-GATE will be Rs 31,000/ p.m for the very first 2 years. In addition, yearly contingent grant of Rs. 20,000/- per fellow will be supplied to the University/ Institution
SELECTION PROCEDURE
